Description

This is an air pump bottle. This product can be used in various skin care products. All parts can be obtained by injection molding and secondary processing to obtain different brand characteristics.
This bottle uses a single-layer bottle structure with a vacuum built-in piston. This design is helpful to reduce the residue of higher viscosity emulsion in the bottle. The bottle body can be made of AS / PCTG material to ensure compatibility with the contents of customers. The design feature of the middle airless bottle is that the middle ring and the base are provided with a ring of protrusions. The left and right sides of the vacuum flask are pure cylindrical and square nozzles, and the smooth lines make the high-end sense of the product suddenly on the paper.

Material:
Styrene acrylonitrile resin (AS) is a plastic with good chemical resistance and can be widely used in consumer products. Like polystyrene itself, it is optically transparent, and its mechanical properties are relatively brittle. If necessary, master batches can be added during the production process to obtain products of other colors. AS is commonly used in food containers, kettles, kitchenware, computer products, packaging materials, etc.

Polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol ester (PCTG) is a plastic with good chemical resistance and can be widely used in consumer products. PCTG is an amorphous copolyester, with PET has more 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol comonomer, and PCT has more ethylene glycol comonomer. Therefore, the performance of PCTG is very different from PET and PCT. As the CHDM in the copolymer increases, the melting point decreases, the glass transition temperature increases, the crystallinity decreases, and the transparency increases. PCTG has high transparency, good toughness and impact strength, excellent low temperature toughness, high tear resistance and good processing performance, excellent chemical resistance. PCTG has passed the US FDA’s food contact standards and is mainly used in perfume bottles, cosmetic bottles, lipstick tubes, cosmetic boxes, eyeliners, medical devices, and household utensils.
