Description

This airless dispenser bottle outputs the product by compressing the internal volume, isolating the influence of external air on the quality of cosmetics, and a single press can produce 0.23 ml of liquid.
The inside of this airless dispenser bottle is treated with vacuum. Pressing the head cap, the bottom piston moves upwards under the influence of atmospheric pressure, which reduces the volume of the bottle body, so that the product is extruded from the nozzle. This working principle keeps the bottle body in a good vacuum environment, which protects the cosmetics from the air and extends the shelf life of the cosmetics. The transparent bottle design can better observe the remaining amount of the product. The bottom cover and the aluminum oxide cover of the spray head make the color more vivid.

Polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol ester (PCTG) is a plastic with good chemical resistance and can be widely used in consumer products. PCTG is an amorphous copolyester, with PET has more 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol comonomer, and PCT has more ethylene glycol comonomer. Therefore, the performance of PCTG is very different from PET and PCT. As the CHDM in the copolymer increases, the melting point decreases, the glass transition temperature increases, the crystallinity decreases, and the transparency increases. PCTG has high transparency, good toughness and impact strength, excellent low temperature toughness, high tear resistance and good processing performance, excellent chemical resistance. PCTG has passed the US FDA’s food contact standards and is mainly used in perfume bottles, cosmetic bottles, lipstick tubes, cosmetic boxes, eyeliners, medical devices, and household utensils.
